WeightStone is licensed, not sold, to you for use strictly under the terms of this Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using WeightStone on an iOS device, you agree to be bound by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Medical Disclaimer

WeightStone is designed solely as an informational weight and BMI logging tool. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or diet changes.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases and subscriptions (such as Premium Access or Ad-Free upgrades) are processed exclusively by Apple via the iOS App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage, cancel, or modify your active subscriptions at any time directly through your device's Apple ID / App Store account settings.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
